In doing so we discovered a bizarre business behaviour – unquestioning belief in a past-era structure is prevailing over the opportunity to act upon modern day factual insights. Businesses are trusting everything to theories and conceptual capabilities, even though data which indicates exactly what needs to be done is all around them.
